3 DAY + 1PREP

- The Center is a structural testing center with world-class, state-of-the-art testing facilities designed to build and promote education/research infrastructure for further development of Korea’s construction technologies. - Establish best structural testing center with world-class facilities and cutting-edge testing equipment - Create a testing environment where maximized efficiency, convenience and openness are guaranteed for joint researchers - Run joint research and development projects among enterprises, universities and research institute in the field of construction technology through sharing of testing facilities and establishment of collaborative research system - Build online/offline training systems to produce skilled construction engineers and technicians - Develop I.T(information technology)-based infrastructure for education, research and information
Application Area
- Tests on mock-up long-span girder bridges: up to 80m(262ft) long - Manufacturing of real size specimen and field tests - Tests on bridges: up to 12m(39ft) high - Tensile strength tests and fatigue tests of cables - Compression tests of real size columns - Bending, fracture performance tests - Fatigue and material tests - Real-time experimental hybrid structure of the domestic large structures
